TDSP is the high-end solution developed by CEMB for continuous monitoring and protection of rotating machinery.
Designed for critical applications such as turbines, compressors, pumps, motors, and generators, TDSP offers a modular and scalable platform that fits both single plants and industrial complexes.
The system is available in three levels:
Level 1 – Stand-alone protection
- Stand-alone system with TDSP rack.
- Includes analog and digital outputs to trigger alarms or machine shutdowns.
- It requires no software: it works as direct and immediate protection.
Level 2 – Real-time monitoring
- Everything included in Level 1.
- Visualization software to monitor parameters in real time (vibration, temperature, etc.).
- It allows operators to see and analyze data intuitively.
Level 3 – Advanced Diagnostics
- Everything included in Level 2.
- Diagnostic software for in-depth vibrational analysis (spectra, orbits, Bode plots, etc.).
- Ideal for predictive maintenance and detailed analysis on critical machinery.
This modular structure allows you to start at the basic level and add functionality as your facility needs grow.
