TR-A/V/VMT
Absolute vibration transmitter with 4-20 mA output and DIN rail mounting
Absolute vibration transmitter for PLC and DCS systems.
The TR-A/V/VMT transmitter is designed for absolute vibration measurement of the bearing of any rotating machine by connection to appropriate transducer (accelerometer, velocimeter or velomitor).
Using 2- or 3-wire technology, it provides a 4÷20 mA current or voltage (0-10 V) signal proportional to the measured quantity, allowing direct integration with PLC or DCS acquisition systems. Rugged and compact, it is designed for safe industrial installations, even in classified areas.
Key Features
-
Processes the signal from the transducer and converts it into an analog signal proportional to the measured quantity.
-
It acquires the signal from an accelerometer (TA-18S) or velomitor (TV-22).
-
Converts the dynamic signal to a 4÷20 mA signal for direct interface to PLC/DCS.
-
It has a BNC connector for connecting a handheld instrument (N600, N130, N330) for diagnostics of the monitored machine.
-
It can be installed in safe area and connected via certified barriers to intrinsically safe transducers placed in classified area.
